Paul DeBole is a graduate student in civil engineering focusing on water resources. He is interested in conducting research as a professor or government scientist after graduation. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with his friends and family.

Zach is an undergraduate student in civil engineering and will graduate in May 2025. Next year, he is pursuing his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Virginia Tech. He wants to design hydraulic structures in the future. He likes to hike and go to the gym.

Abby is an undergraduate civil engineering student, expected to graduate in May 2026. She plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering at Virginia Tech and is interested in working in water facilities engineering or flood mitigation. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing music, and spending time outdoors.

Russell is the Faculty Advisor for the student chapter of Chi Epsilon at Virginia Tech. He joined the Virginia Tech faculty in 2008 and is a faculty member within the Geotechnical Engineering program area, with his research primarily focusing on geotechnical earthquake engineering issues. Russell was inducted as a student member in Chi Epsilon in 1991 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
