Kristen is an undergraduate student and expects to graduate in Spring 2023. She is interested in pursuing a career in structural engineering after graduation. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her friends, running and reading.

Zach is an undergraduate student in civil engineering and will graduate in May 2025. Next year, he is pursuing his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Virginia Tech. He wants to design hydraulic structures in the future. He likes to hike and go to the gym.
Tommy Frank

Secretary / Outreach Coordinator
Tommy Frank is majoring in structural engineering and will graduation in 2025. His favorite activities in Blacksburg are hiking, fly fishing, and wildlife photography. After graduation, Tommy plans to work for a large structural design firm and hopes to start his own firm one day. His favorite Chi Epsilon memory is volunteering at the Big Event his junior year of undergrad.

TIsabel is currently a senior in the Civil Engineering program here at Tech. She has interned at a Civil Engineering company in New Jersey for the past two years doing bridge design work and hopes to continue that after I graduate. Outside of XE, She is also the vice president of the Virginia Tech Women’s Rugby team. In her free time she likes to play rugby, go to the gym, hang out with her friends, and play board games. She is super excited to work with the rest of the executive board this school year to make Chi Epsilon the best it can be!

Russell is the Faculty Advisor for the student chapter of Chi Epsilon at Virginia Tech. He joined the Virginia Tech faculty in 2008 and is a faculty member within the Geotechnical Engineering program area, with his research primarily focusing on geotechnical earthquake engineering issues. Russell was inducted as a student member in Chi Epsilon in 1991 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
